Continuing or Converting Your Insurance Coverage COBRA Rights

You and your eligible dependents may have the right to continue to participate in the College's group health insurance plans for 18 to 36 months at your expense, depending upon the nature of the “qualifying event,” including but not limited to termination of your employment with the College or a reduction in work hours. Contact Human Resources regarding “COBRA” benefits if you have questions.

You also have the right to convert your group life insurance policy to an individual policy upon termination of your employment.
