Personnel Files

The College maintains confidential personnel files on each employee in Human Resources. These files contain documentation regarding various aspects of the employee's tenure with the College, such as performance appraisals, pay adjustment letters, any disciplinary actions taken, and letters of commendation. If you are interested in reviewing your file, contact the Office of Human Resources to schedule an appointment.

To ensure that your personnel file is up-to-date at all times, notify your supervisor and the Office of Human Resources of any changes in your name, telephone number, home address, marital status, number of dependents, beneficiary designations, professional or scholastic achievements, the individuals to notify in case of an emergency, and any other pertinent changes.
